
East Cobb Park is a twenty acre park off Roswell Road in Marietta. The park is one of the utmost used parks in the Cobb County Parks and Recreation Department park system. It offers grassy open fields, pavilions, hiking trails, creek lookouts, nature classrooms, playground and an outdoor stage. East Cobb Park is the only passive park in the region, meaning that it does not have sports amenities. The park is located in East Cobb on Roswell Road between Old Canton Road and Providence Road.
The park also regularly hosts community events and classes. Here is a list of a few of the community events.

Sunday Funday
The community is invited to Sunday Fundays from Spring through Fall. Bring chairs, blankets and a picnic, if you would like, and enjoy activities for children. Musical entertainment and activities are all free to the community.

Artscape
Come and get creative outside at East Cobb Park with Artscape! Mini-art camps and classes in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Children investigate the park’s trails while sketching and learning about art techniques and artists.
Holiday Lights Celebration
This enchanting evening features carols by local school choirs, live music on the stage and special guest appearances by Santa Claus and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, ending with the illumination of the alive 40 ft tree.

East Cobb Wine & Vine Market
This yearly silent auction & wine tasting hosted by the East Cobb Civitan Club, benefits the following charities: Friends for the East Cobb Park, The Center for Family Resources, MUST Ministries, The Center for Children and Young Adults, and Camp Big Heart.
